Exploring the multifaceted role of food experiences in shaping tourist destination perceptions
Xinran Lehto – This study examines how multidimensional food experiences shape tourists’ perceptions of destination brand images, focusing on Cairo, Egypt. Using a survey of international tourists, the study assesses the impact of sensory, intellectual, affective, and behavioural food experiences.
