‘Let’s move’ wins Pittu Laungani best paper prize
A paper stemming from the work completed during the 2018 Hancock fellowship, lead by Libby Richards, PhD, assistant professor of nursing, has received the Pittu Laungani prize from the International Journal of Health Promotion and Education.
The paper is titled, ‘Let’s move:’ a systematic review of spouse-invoiced interventions to promote physical activity,” Authors are Dr. Richards, Melissa Franks, PhD, associate professor, human development and family studies; Kimberly Porter, graduate student in nursing; and Meghan McDonough, associate professor at the University of Calgary.
As part of the award recognition, anyone will be able to access the article free for one year. The award was announced formally May 15 at the Institute of Health Promotion and Education Conference in Coventry, UK.
